This machine consists of control cabin and host, advanced technology and parts design and manufacture are introduced from Japan. It has selective magnetization such as round, vertical and combined magnetization. Semi-automatic operation is controlled by PLC (automatic step: clamp – spray –magnetization – rotation –demagnetization – loose). Manual operation is also valid.

SMT-CEW/D-3000 Mobile/Immobile Magnetic Particle Flaw Detection Machine

·This machine is equipped with advanced 303D magnetization power source and E-40 black light. Magnetization AC current or half wave DC current may be selected to carry our round, vertical magnetization and fluorescent magnetic particle flaw detection with high intensity of UV light. Digital display of magnetization current with upper and lower limit preset. It also has demagnetization function.
Magnetization power source with bottom roller may be pulled out, which can carry out flaw detection on the large scale work-pieces with 触头 method and 烧电缆 method. This machine is suitable to these manufactures which have small quantity of work-piece with wide variety of type and size.

·Vertical Magnetization is performed by closed loop yoke and auxiliary coil. It is suitable to work-piece in comp1ex shape such as shaft etc. Its semiautomatic operation function is under PLC control. Operator may adjust parameters on control panel, high intensity UV light mounting is available if required.
